A nice kettlebell movement flow stringing together 8 lifts into 1 complex. I'm doing sets of 5 but you can do any number of repetition. Try to do at least 3 sets through working up to 5 sets through with no rest in between each circuit. When you can do 5 uninterrupted, increase kb weight by 2kg each and repeat process starting with 3 sets
