Jim James of MY MORNING JACKET joins THE PRESERVATION HALL JAZZ BAND for "St. James Infirmary Blues" at Carnegie Hall on January 8, 2012 during the PHJB 50th Anniversary Concert in NYC. TROMBONE SHORTY plays with the band as well. Due to the limitations of our equipment, Jim's face is blown out in most of this video, but it's a great performance that's definitely worth watching, even if he sometimes looks like the man with no face. The rest of My Morning Jacket joins for the second part of the song, sung by PHJB saxophonist, Clint Maedgen, and also featuring the Trey McIntyre Project dance company.
