Me doing some kicks and punches on a B.O.B (270lbs Dummy) and yes it's full to the brim! Most of the moves are for fun and demonstration purposes, I wouldn't actually do them in a competition or fight and they are also mostly sport variation kicks for light to semi contact sparring.
