Part 3 of 6 of the political thriller. Cal McCaffrey is pulled in by DCI Bell after Della confesses to Bell what they know about the case after the gunman visits her flat. Bell quizzes Stephen Collins MP about money paid into his aide Sonia Baker's bank account, while Cal's colleagues discover that Dominic Foy - the man who wrote the letter to Anne Collins - knew Sonia more than he is letting on. In order to get out of custody, Cal agrees to cooperate and try and lure out the gunman and is given a police officer in Cheweski to protect him. But Cal is already playing a dangerous game as he is now involved in a affair with his friend's wife Anne, and later does something very foolish in order to see her that puts everyone in very grave danger...
Starring John Simm, David Morrissey, Polly Walker, Bill Nighy, Kelly Macdonald, Philip Glenister, Sean Gilder, Amelia Bullimore, James McAvory, Benedict Wong, Marc Warren, James Laurenson, Michael Feast, Rebekah Staton, Charlie Ryan, Rebecca Ryan, Natasha Wightman, Shauna Macdonald, Deborah Findlay, Stuart Goodwin, Maureen Hibbett, Johann Myers, Pui Fan Lee and Nick Brimble. I will be uploading the rest of this compelling "modern" thriller later tonight, along with other videos, so until then enjoy feasting on these. It's a nail biting episode where you fear that one very nice character might just end up a cropper - but will they? Oh, and in case you are wondering, yes the children playing MP Stephen Collins' children (Charlie and Rebecca Ryan) are indeed brother and sister in real life. Anyway, more later tonight. Until then, enjoy.
