►500g ground pork
►150g white bread (crusts removed)
►120g cold milk
►2 onions
►1 egg
►3 garlic cloves (minced)
►70 g parsley chopped
►1 tsp salt
►1/2 tsp black pepper
►1/2 tsp nutmeg
►1 tsp all purpose seasoning
Oven 400F for 20 minutes.
Gravy:
►5 tbsp unsalted butter
►4 tbsp flour
►300 ml beef stock
►200 ml vegetable stock
►1 cup heavy cream
►1 tsp worcestershire sauce
►1 tsp salt
►1.5 tsp pepper or to taste
