Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson 1980 S01E04

Episode: Four Minus Four is One. A young Egyptologist comes to see Holmes, fearing for his life. He explains that a year earlier he had unearthed a royal mummy on an expedition to Egypt. Two of the four members of the expedition have since died violent deaths, supposedly due to the Mummy's curse.
