If you have access to a Slam Ball, this is a phenomenal, advanced workout. This video features an entire Tabata Interval workout using a 20lb. Slam Ball. The Slam Ball is by far one of my favorite High Intensity Interval Trianing pieces of equipment. I went slightly heavier in this workout to feel the full effect.
Workout Structure:
I used the Tabata Protocol for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. I set up a gymboss timer for 48 total cycles which is 24 mins. There are 8 exercises which I did for 6 full rounds. In other words, I did each Slam Ball exercise 6 times.
This was definitely an advanced workout. By round 4, I was digging deeper. The Rolling Push-Ups and Plank Walks were tough.

1. Slam Burpee
2. Jumping Lunges
3. Plank Jacks
4. Toe Taps
5. Rolling or Travel Push Ups
6. Russian Twists
7. Plie Squat Rocket Launchers
8. Around the Ball Plank Walks
