AVANTO = Hole in the Ice

Winter swimming in icy water. The polar plunge has always been popular in Finland, even in the darkest of winter nights you can find male and female, young and old huddled up together in a hot Sauna getting ready for the frozen swim. I shot this video January 2015. I also shot a collection of still images of the swimmers in Tampere, Finland.
