RAW: Uzbek President dances at Nowruz festival to welcome spring

Uzbek President Islam Karimov danced at Nowruz festival celebration in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan on March 21, 2015, echoing with onstage performers to enjoy the festivity. Nowruz is a traditional festival which celebrates the coming of spring. It is celebrated on the day of the astronomical Northward equinox, which usually occurs on March 21 or the previous or following day depending on where it is observed.
