Russell Bentley ('Texas'): New Year presents for Sophie

On December 31, 2015, the representative of "Essence of Time" unit in DPR (Texas, Kot and Slon) arrived to Yasinovataya to visit 12-year old Sophie, who suffers from cerebral palsy, tachycardia, and tendon issues. Sophie had already underwent three operations in Russian hospital. This made it possible for her to walk with less support. The doctors also promised Sophie that after the fourth surgery she would be able to completely walk on her own. However, due to the shelling of the Yasinovataya by Ukrainian army the fourth surgery, which was scheduled for last year, was canceled. The members of "Essence of Time" unit brought Sophie several presents for the New Year. One of them was a special table with a chair that would allow her studying at school from home. All of presents was bought on money collected by the All-Russian Parents' Resistance and delivered to Yasinovataya by members of “Essence of Time” movement. Sophie also received a new dress and some winter clothes as a New Year presents. We wish Sophie many joyous moments in the New Year, many good friends and strength to fight the illness!
