Max Canada Lynx NY Eve Walk.MOV

Max is an educational animal ambassador educating the public on the Lynx species. Max's New Year's Eve walk in its entirety. Yes, he sticks his butte towards me and expects a pat on the hip for reassurance. He has done this since he was a cub. He will rub his scent on me (my leg) as you see twice. I don't know what he smelled in the snow as there were no deer tracks where he ventured. I found it funny but he does love snow! And he's still in training for commands... not always wanting to do what I ask. For me his behavior is 100 times better than a year ago, so I'm happy. I'm sure I can be doing better instructions or guidance for him, but I'm an educator and not an animal trainer. I'm in training too and Max has me trained quite well!
