Chocolate salami is one of my favorite desserts. What’s more, it is really easy to make.
Recipe:
400-500 grams (14 - 17 oz) of any cookies ("Rich tea biscuits" are perfect for that)
1 can of condensed milk (380 gr - 13.5 - 14 oz)
200 grams (7 oz butter) of softened butter
5 teaspoons of cocoa powder
Crush cookies into small pieces. Every piece should be approximately half a centimeter big.
Mix softened (not melted!) butter with condensed milk in a bowl. Add cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients well. Finally you should get very tasty chocolate cream.
Add the crushed cookies to the cream and mix all well again. You can also add gumdrops or nuts to the mixture if you wish.
When the chocolate cream and cookies are well-mixed, you can proceed to the next stage. Put the chocolate mass onto the cling film and shape it into a salami. I made several salamis out of my chocolate mass. Now put your salamis into a freezer for several hours and that’s it.
Then you slice up your chocolate salami and make some tea. But don’t forget that this delicious treat contains about 1 million calories! =)
