I did this once and thought it would be fun to record, so here's my second round. I performed the reverse of what the song says since the challenging part of the bridge is in the up position versus the down position. Boy, does it get tough when you really squeeze your glutes and keep them engaged the entire time you're up. Try it yourself; it's a fun challenge!!
