Alberta has declared a state of emergency after more than 80,000 people were ordered to evacuate. Janet Dirks reports outside Fort McMurray.
A massive methane leak in southern California has led to Governor Jerry Brown to declare a state of emergency in the region. The gas company responsible says that they can’t fix the leak until March, even though the leak occurred in October.
