Posed for Murder (1989) is a low-budget Giallo-Inspired American slasher thriller directed by brian thomas jones. The film follows Laura Shea (Charlotte J. Helmkamp), a model for men's magazines who is attempting to start an acting career in low-budget horror films (one film within the film is titled Meat Cleavers from Mars). After she poses nude in a magazine, an obsessive admirer becomes insanely devoted to her. This admiration quickly devolves into murderous jealousy, and a killer begins targeting the men in her life, including her ex-boyfriend and her new bodybuilder boyfriend, Rick Thompson.
