Transnistria Tiraspol: How do they live in a country that no one recognizes Transnistria, or PMR, is a country that technically does not exist. Only three other unrecognized republics disagree with this opinion. Russia also considers Transnistria a part of Moldova. However, it pays pensions to local old people and supplies free gas to the homes of Pridnestrovians. And Russian peacekeepers are also here on a permanent basis.
