WHY DATA IS NOW EVERYTHING

All humanity - and none more so than the poor - are being transformed into data so the billionaire oligarchs can gamble on them and profiteer on human misery. That's what human capital markets are all about. From environmental destruction to poverty - "profit with purpose." The fast approaching cashless world is tied to biometric data. It's rule by technocrats centered on surveillance and prediction. People are now domestic livestock. The Pentagon has been planning for megacity urban warfare. The ruling class can track "progress" and gamble on data dashboards developed by Microsoft. Finance and Tech have combined to create the most hideous monster in human history. Investors demand data and tech delivers the infrastructure for it. Telecoms deliver cloud computing and they make a fortune on dispossessing people. Life becomes "impact." "F..." and "T..." are Pavlovian tools to brainwash through censorship. Authoritarianism has really tightened its grip. If you use public services (especially the poor) you become a data commodity. A good example of this are test scores in schools. Global investment markets are being built on disaster and misery. Investors don't want to eliminate poverty because they profit from it. We've reached the end of austerity because nothing is left. Government then leaves it to NGOs funded by billionaire and corporate foundations. "Outcomes" based contracts were developed in the mid-1990s by the Federal Reserve Bank in Minneapolis with GM executives. These were created at the same time charter schools were founded. They created markets based on family surveillance. In order to make it profitable, they focused on behavior manipulated through video game platforms. In China and Brazil they're conducting home visits with tablets for Global Impact Markets. State legislators have no idea about the predatory nature of these "interventions" profiling poor families. The super rich will have portfolios of human capital - how to turn people, especially "undesirables" into investment commodities. This is beyond Brave New World or Orwell's Oceania.
