It isn’t all that hard to remember the last time I grumbled about something or someone—yesterday, to be precise. It’s been a difficult time at work lately, and my unhappiness has surfaced in the way I complain to other people about what I’m facing. The more I grumble, the unhappier I become; the unhappier I become, the more I grumble.
But that’s not the way God wants us to live and behave, whether at home, in church, at school, or at work.
