The slaughtery that took place on 01/12/15 in Gyumri, Armenia is "mini-Genocide" for the all human kind, and Armenians in particular. It is a violation of Human Rights. This is a disregard and contempt of human rights that resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people. Armenian families should be protected from tyranny and oppression, the human rights should be protected by THE RULE OF LAW IN ARMENIA. Government, lawful institutions and every organ of society MUST protect it's own
